art and alchemy
The Wolpertinger is a legendary creature said to inhabit the deep alpine forests of Bavaria. Part hare, part deer, part bird—and perhaps part something yet undiscovered—each Wolpertinger is entirely unique.
Born where natural history meets imagination, the Wolpertinger reminds us that the living world is stranger, more playful, and more mysterious than it first appears. It is a creature of transformation: familiar forms recombined into something unexpected, mischievous, and wonderfully alive.
